DESCRIPTION

The cooling serves to bring the body back to "normal temperature" after bathing in the sauna and should trigger a significant cold stimulus. This promotes blood circulation, is good for the skin and strengthens the defenses of the immune system. A torrent of cold water from the bucket shower guarantees quick cooling – simply pull the chain and the torrent shower will start.
