1. Concepts
1.1. Seller – Wellness & SPA, UAB, legal entity code 302813781, VAT taxpayer code LT100006988713, registered office address: Užupio st. 20-1, 01203 Vilnius.
1.2. e-pardotuve.lt - online store of goods and services located at wellness-spa.lt, eshop.klafs.lt or zero-waste.lt and managed by the Seller.
1.3. Buyer - 1) able natural person, i.e. a person who has reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not limited by court order; 2) a minor between fourteen and eighteen years of age who has the consent of his parents or guardians, except in cases where he is emancipated; 3) legal entity; 4) duly authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.
1.4. Seller's partner - a legal entity: 1) selling goods or providing services on e-pardutuve.lt, as well as a legal entity that is used to fulfill the Buyer's order; 2) with which joint promotions or projects are carried out in the online store e-paradutuve.lt, on the web pages of this legal entity or in any media where the promotion or project of e-paradutuve.lt and this legal entity will be described and published.
1.5. Account - the result of the Buyer's registration at e-pardutuve.lt, which creates an account that stores his personal data and order history.
1.6. e-paradutuve.lt accounts are e-paradutuve.lt accounts on Facebook, Instagram and other social networks, which provide information about e-paradutuve.lt and the Services it provides, as well as sharing content made public by Buyers.
1.7. Services - all services provided to the Buyer by e-pradutuve.lt.
1.8. A cookie is a small file that is sent to the device when any person visits e-pardutuve.lt. This concept includes not only cookies, but also the use of similar tools.
1.9. Password - a unique combination of letters and numbers created by the Buyer and known only to him, which is entered for the first time when registering at e-pardutuve.lt, and later in order to log in to the Account.
1.10. Browser - is a program designed to display Internet pages (web pages) on the web, computer or mobile device.
1.11. Personal data - any information related to a natural person - a data subject whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined using such data as a personal code, one or more physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social characteristics characteristic of a person signs
1.12. Personal data manager - e-pradutuve.lt.
1.13. Privacy policy - this document, which provides the basic rules for the collection, storage, processing and storage of personal data, using e-prädutuve.lt.

2. General provisions
2.1. The Privacy Policy of e-pardutuve.lt provides the basic rules for collecting, storing and processing Personal Data when the Buyer purchases goods and/or uses the Services offered by e-pardutuve.lt.
2.2. The privacy policy is intended to protect and defend the personal data of e-pradutuve.lt Buyers from illegal use. The privacy policy also applies to e-pradutuve.lt Accounts.
2.3. The Buyer can familiarize himself with the e-paradutuve.lt Privacy Policy and print it at any time while browsing e-paradutuve.lt. Buyers will always be informed about all future changes and/or additions to the Privacy Policy by publishing the new edition of the Privacy Policy on e-paradutuve.lt and/or accounts belonging to e-paradutuve.lt. If the Buyer joins or uses the content and/or services provided by e-pardutuve.lt after the publication of such notice, it is considered that the Buyer agrees with the new requirements specified in the update. The latest version of the Privacy Policy is always available on the website www.e-pardotuve.lt.
2.4. The buyer can perform the steps of purchase on e-pardutuve.lt after registering at e-pardutuve.lt, as well as without registration. The Buyer who has not registered is required to provide the following personal data - name, surname, e-mail address. postal address, telephone number and delivery address. The buyer is responsible for providing his Personal Data.
2.5. Persons who wish to register at e-pradutuve.lt must submit their e-mail address and invented Password. An Account is created during registration. In the account, the Buyer enters his own data - name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, therefore only he is responsible for the correctness of these data. A User ID is provided to the buyer. The buyer can at any time:
2.5.1. correct and/or fill in Personal data in the Account. The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the corrected and/or supplemented data;
2.5.2. contact e-pardotuve.lt at the e-mail address info@klafs.lt regarding the cancellation of the Account.
2.6. e-pardotuve.lt does not assume responsibility for the content of reader reviews published on the website www.e-pardotuve.lt.
3. Procedure for storing and using personal data
3.1. The buyer agrees that his name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, and delivery address will be processed by e-pradutuve.lt in order to fulfill the order. e-paradutuve.lt grants the Buyer the right to register on e-paradutuve.lt and, when placing an order, to express his consent or disagreement that his name, email address, phone number and purchase history be processed by e-paradutuve.lt also for direct marketing purposes ( submit proposals via e-mail and social media channels). e-pardutuve.lt stores personal data of the buyer:
3.1.1. For an unregistered Buyer, 3 years from data collection (order execution).
3.1.2. The registered Buyer's personal data is stored for 3 years from the last active action. An active action is: logging in to your account or the email of the e-pardutuve.lt offer. opening by mail, if the Buyer has expressed his consent to receive offers by e-mail. by post
3.2. The Seller confirms that the Personal Data specified by the Buyer will be processed only in order to properly provide the Buyers with the services provided in the online store e-pardutuve.lt (including the right to participate in promotions, projects). The Seller also confirms that the Personal Data specified by the Buyer will be processed for Direct Marketing purposes, if the Buyer gives such consent and does not withdraw it. The duration of storage of Personal Data for Direct Marketing purposes is determined - three calendar years from the last moment of submission of such data.
3.3. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's Personal Data to third parties, except in the following cases:
3.3.1. if there is the Buyer's consent to the disclosure of Personal Data;
3.3.2. when executing an order or providing other services - to the Seller's partners who provide goods delivery or other services ordered by the Buyer;
3.3.3. For direct marketing purposes - to the Seller's partners, in compliance with Privacy Policy 3.2. the condition set forth in point 1 and the Seller's partners fulfilling their obligations to comply with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Union and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania;
3.3.4. to law enforcement institutions in accordance with the procedure provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
3.3.5. if it is necessary to prevent or investigate criminal acts.
3.4. The buyer has the following rights:
3.4.1. after submitting a written request to the Seller to get acquainted with the Seller's personal data. Information is provided to the Buyer at the e-mail address specified by him;
3.4.2. after submitting a request to the Seller in writing to receive information from which sources and from which his Personal data was collected, for what purpose it is processed, to which recipients the data is provided and has been provided for at least the last 1 (one) year. Information is provided to the Buyer at the e-mail address specified by him;
3.4.3. after submitting a written request to the Seller at the e-mail address info@klafs.lt to demand the cancellation of the Account or the suspension of Personal Data processing actions, when Personal Data is processed in violation of the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and provisions of other laws, with the exception of Privacy the cases provided for in the policy;
3.4.4. Both by immediately expressing your disagreement and Privacy Policy 3.2. by submitting a subsequent notice to object to the processing of his Personal Data for Direct Marketing purposes in accordance with the procedure provided for in paragraph
3.5. During the pick-up of the goods, the Buyer's identity document is presented to the Seller, an employee of the joint-stock company Lithuanian Post, and an employee of the courier service, and the Buyer's data contained in it are used only for proper identification of the individual.
3.6. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, the Buyer agrees that his Personal Data will be used to fulfill his order, including that his Personal Data will be transferred to the Seller's partners, as defined in Privacy Policy 1.4. point.
3.7. The Buyer's Personal Data is provided to the European Union member states or to other foreign countries under the same conditions and procedure as to subjects located in the Republic of Lithuania and only for the purposes provided for in this Privacy Policy.
3.8. The seller stores personal data as long as this person uses the services of e-paradutuve.lt, except for the cases specified in this Privacy Policy.
3.9. The Seller, with the help of internal organizational and technical measures, ensures that the Personal Data submitted by the Buyer to e-parduotuve.lt are protected from any illegal actions: illegal alteration, disclosure or destruction of Personal Data, identity theft, fraud, and the level of Personal Data protection complies with the European Union General data protection regulation 2016/679 and the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.10. Personal data is protected against loss, unauthorized use and changes. All Buyers' Passwords are encrypted, only persons authorized by the Personal Data Controller can connect to servers related to Personal Data and only through a secure certificate, which is additionally protected by a password, as well as all pages of e-pardutuve.lt that require the entry of Personal Data are executed via the https:// protocol
3.11. The buyer undertakes and is obliged to keep his login password and login name, as well as other data. The Buyer undertakes and is obliged not to disclose Personal Data about himself or third parties to any other third parties, if such Personal Data of third parties became available to him, and to immediately inform the Seller of visible violations.
3.12. The Buyer agrees in advance that the Seller has the right to keep his Personal Data on the server as long as it is necessary according to the specifics of the activities carried out by e-pardutuve.lt, if the data provided by the Buyer was (i) used in the commission of an illegal act or (ii) was suspected of having been committed identity theft or other violation for which there has been or will be an investigation by the relevant law enforcement authorities, (iii) if the Seller has received complaints related to the relevant Buyer, or if the Seller has noticed violations of the Rules by the relevant Buyer, or (iv) in case of other legitimate purposes to protect Personal data. This data is destroyed upon receipt of lawful instructions from law enforcement or other authorized authorities.
3.13. The Buyer must submit any request or instruction related to the processing of Personal Data to the Seller in writing in one of the following ways: 1) by delivering such request or instruction to the Seller directly at the address: Užupio st. 20-1, 01203 Vilnius, 2) by sending such a request or instruction to the email address info@klafs.lt from Privacy Policy 3.1. your e-mail address specified in point Upon receiving such a request or instruction from the Buyer, the Seller shall provide the Buyer with an answer within 30 (thirty) calendar days at the latest and perform the actions specified in the request or refuse to perform them. At the buyer's request, the response must be provided in writing.
3.14. The Data Protection Officer may use Buyers' IP addresses when administering e-parduotuve.lt and diagnosing possible problems.
4. Correction, addition and deletion of personal data
4.1. The Buyer grants e-pradutuve.lt the right to collect, manage, process and store the Buyer's Personal Data to the extent and for the purposes provided for in the Privacy Policy.
4.2. Giving or revoking consent to collect, manage, process and store the Buyer's Personal Data is valid only going forward. e-paradutuve.lt upon receiving such notification from the Buyer by e-mail or other methods provided for in the Privacy Policy immediately stops the processing of the Buyer's Personal Data and cancels his Account, but this does not mean that e-paradutuve.lt must delete the Personal Data from the server/destroy it, if necessary to ensure the security and defense of the state, public order, crime prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution, to protect the important economic or financial interests of the state, and the protection of the rights and freedoms of other persons.
4.3. The buyer has the right to familiarize himself with his personal data after submitting a document confirming his identity to e-paradutuve.lt (passport of a citizen of the Republic of Lithuania, identity card, driver's license must be submitted to confirm his identity). In order to find out what Personal Data e-pradutuve.lt has collected or received and from which sources, for what purposes it is processed, to which recipients it is provided and has been provided, or whether all the Personal Data of the Buyer are complete and correct, the Buyer must contact e -pardutuve.lt to the e-mail address specified in this Privacy Policy. e-pardutuve.lt, upon receiving such an inquiry from the Buyer, shall answer him whether the Personal data related to the Buyer are processed and provide the data requested by the Buyer no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's request. According to this clause, data is provided free of charge once per calendar year.
4.4. If after getting acquainted with his Personal data, the Buyer determines that the Personal data has been collected or obtained from illegal sources, or that the Personal data is not being processed for the purposes for which it is provided, the Buyer has the right to contact e-paradutuve.lt by e-mail to request the suspension of such Personal data data processing steps. A buyer who uses e-paradutuve.lt without registering, and who receives a response from e-paradutuve.lt in which he notices inaccuracies or errors in his Personal Data, has the right to demand that his Personal Data as soon as possible, but no later than within 5 (five) working days should be specified and adjusted. The buyer, who uses e-pardutuve.lt after registering, corrects personal data by logging in to his account. e-pardutuve.lt has the right to correct, supplement, delete Personal data or stop the processing of Personal data only after identifying the identity of the Buyer who applied.
4.5. If e-parduotuve.lt doubts the correctness of the Personal data provided by the Buyer, it can stop the processing of the Buyer's Personal data, check and correct this data. Such Personal Data are used only to verify their correctness.
4.6. By exercising the above-mentioned rights, the Buyer can contact e-pardotuve.lt at the e-mail address info@klafs.lt
5. Collection and storage of personal data
5.1. In order for the Buyer to be provided with the full-fledged services of the online store e-paradutuve.lt, Cookies may be stored on the Buyer's computer or mobile device. The Seller uses the recorded information for the identification of the Buyer as a previous visitor of the e-paradutuve.lt online store, for saving information about the purchases placed in the Buyer's shopping cart, and for collecting statistics of visits to the e-paradutuve.lt online store. The Buyer has the opportunity to view what information (Cookies) the Seller or its Partners record, and can delete part or all of the saved Cookies by changing their browser settings.
5.2. The buyer has the right to agree or not to allow the e-pradutuve.lt Cookies specified in this Privacy Policy to be saved on his computer or mobile device. During the Buyer's first visit to e-produtuve.lt, a warning is given about the possible use of Cookies, with which the Buyer can agree or browse further without consent. The Buyer can revoke the consent to save Cookies used by e-pardutuve.lt at any time by changing the settings of his internet browser, but in this case and when browsing without consent, the function of certain online store e-pardutuve.lt to save Cookies may not work. The buyer must personally find out what cookies are used by the Seller's Partners.
5.3. Categories of cookies used by e-parduotuve.lt:

5.3.4. Targeting or advertising cookies. Targeting or advertising cookies are used to show you advertising that is more interesting and relevant to your interests, or to limit the number of times the same advertisement is displayed on the website. This type of cookie is also used to measure the effectiveness of an advertising campaign. These cookies can be used to remember what you looked at when you visited the website.
5.4. The cookies used by e-pardutuve.lt are stored for a different period of time, but no longer than 12 months from the date of their recording.
5.5. The secure transfer of customer data in the online store e-pardutuve.lt is ensured by the installed SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate. An SSL certificate includes encryption and decryption of transmitted data, server authentication, and message integrity control. Using an SSL certificate, the data sent by the buyer's browser and the e-pardutuve.lt server are encrypted.
5.6. Buyers' personal data is stored on the e-pardutuve.lt server, which is not accessible via the Internet. The server is kept in a data center with access to a limited number of people.
5.7. The online store e-pradutuve.lt does not store the data of customers connecting to payment systems. You enter the data for connecting to electronic banking or the PayPal payment system on the banks' or PayPal's pages, so this information is not available on e-parduotuve.lt.
6. Final Provisions
